The service

Travel P&L is a web application for tracking shared trip expenses and calculating who owes whom. The service is currently provided free of charge. Features may change and paid plans may be introduced in the future — existing data will remain accessible.

Your account and content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your credentials safe.
Trip data you add is shared with the other members of that trip by design.
Don't use the service for anything unlawful, for spam, or to abuse other users; we may restrict accounts that do.

Important notes

Travel P&L is a calculation aid, not a financial or legal service; balances are informational and do not create enforceable obligations.
Exchange rates come from public sources and may differ from your bank's rates; you can set manual rates.
The service is provided «as is», without warranties; to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (currently zero).

Termination

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
